Welcome Executive Chef Nick Nguyen (pronounced Winn)....Chef Nick joins us from Medinah Country Club, where he spent the last 10 years as the Executive Sous Chef.   Chef Nick began his journey in the melting-pot of Southern California, discovering his love for food and the cuisine's multicultural approach to cooking.  After studying traditional French techniques, he spent several years learning under an Italian chef who taught him the art of making fresh pastas and sauces.

His travels have brought him across the country gaining experience from the wharfs of San Francisco, to the chateaus of Napa wine country, to the smoke-pits of Austin, to the creole of New Orleans and the oyster bars of Boston.  His time in Chicago included working with the Shaw's Crab House Restaurant Group focusing on traditional American seafood.

Nick believes that food should be simple and bring people together while reflecting all his experiences onto a plate.
